第一步：找方向

根据人大发布的《大学生就业力报》显示，毕业生未获得offer的原因中“太迷茫，不知道自己应该选择什么样的工作”这一选项比例最高，占21.4%。人人都迷茫不是空穴来风，所以找对方向是一切的前提，也是最重要的一步。就像创业选择行业方向一样，站在风口上，猪都能飞起来！即使很多人上了四年学根本不喜欢自己的专业，但我还是推荐你从专业开始，毕竟大学的时间都用在这个方向了，这个时候换行业，从零开始，无论是待遇和发展都会比你本专业的要差一些

其次就是，如果可以的话“子承父业”也是个好方向，毕竟父母如果了解你的工作，也能更好的给你指导意见，而且如果父母有关系，那就是平步青云啊！还可以根据你的兴趣爱好来，如果前两个方向你都不想要，也可以就按照你的喜好找工作但是你别跟我说你喜欢玩游戏，想去做电竞职业选手，一天十个小时一周七天的训练，练完做复盘，和你自己打会游戏娱乐一下可是两个概念。最后你实在没什么选择了，也没啥兴趣爱好怎么办？去看招聘的岗位描述。从结果来匹配自己有什么能力，能胜任什么工作。

第二步：找目标

根据第一步你最终划定的方向，从你的岗位发展、行业方向，圈准你心仪的公司。首先一个上升型的公司就是风口，机会多做的事情多，学到的东西多进步也快，想做风口上的猪必选！比如在疫情期间的医药公司，疫苗公司，比如国家政策扶持的新能公司，新能源汽车以及周边配套设施服务的公司，都是扎扎实实的上升型公司。而且有一个很简单的渠道找到上升型公司，那就是看着资本往哪里走，哪里自然大概率有发展。

其次选择头部平台的原因是，一个大的有发挥空间的平台，就像一个优秀的舞台，有众多优秀的资源，更容易出成绩，以后还有可能变成你个人的资源。互联网头部不用我说了吧，你们都熟悉的BAT，还有各种字节快手微博知乎，医药行业就是例如药明康阿斯利之类的。这些你都可以在网上找到，或者在牛客看看大家的讨论慢慢也就认识了。最后公司文化是个重点，也是实实在在影响到你每一天的日常工作的，但是一个公司的文化我怎么能在职前就了解呢？

第四步：写简历

简历一般要遵从以下几个最基本的原则：

很多应届生都会说简历没什么内容写。没有实习经验就有校园经验，没有校园经验就有社会经验，参加的社团、做过的兼职工作，都可以加入你的简历中，但请记住，第一要简洁，第二要有逻辑。当然了如果你真的任何经验都没有，所有的时间都被荒废了，也可以现在开始，做出属于你自己的作品。无论青涩与否，不成熟与否，首先这个过程就能够让你提高你的能力，而且一个优秀的作品集如果效果好，可是比你的简历都能为你加分的！知道怎么做？对自己能力没有信心？

第五步：面试中

有关于面试中的问题很多都取决于你的软实力，也不是短时间能提高的，所以我就只挑重点来说。每一个应届生都会犯的错误就是，由于各种各样的原因，羞于谈钱。而其中很大一部分人，就是因为自己不了解自己的价值是多少。这个时候你就可以随便打开一个招聘软件，看看你的岗位、工作年限，分别对应的是什么薪资水平。而且千万不要在面试的时候撒谎！这是一个诚信问题，如果被人发现你在一些问题上撒谎了，那你整场面试的结果都会变成不可信的。我记得我在上学的时候，去参加校招就遇到过这种事，有个其他专业的学生说到他是学生会主席，结果被后面的面试者给拆穿了。

收到面试通知后，我们一定要做好足够的准备，不要打无准备之仗：通过师兄、师姐、已经工作的朋友或网络寻找面经、笔试题提前了解公司业务、产品背景，认真体验公司现有产品，发现可优化的环节可以找同学提前模拟面试，减少实际面试过程中的失误在面试过程中，如果聊到具体项目，你对整个项目流程的把控、具体负责的工作、你的思考方式、深度也都会被关注，有一些简历造假的同学，简单一聊就会露馅。现在有很多模拟面试活动，大家也可以参与或围观，从中吸取经验并做好充足的准备。

很多行业圈子很小，某个不经意间你的造假就被发现了，即使你侥幸隐瞒过去、通过了面试，也可能在以后的日子里不小心流露出来。有一句名言：“你永远没有第二次机会，重塑第一印象。”所以即使能力才是你面试时的最重要因素，但外形、精神状态、仪容仪表、声调语速、举止行为等等外在方面也绝对不能马虎。很多人都会告诉你，他们不会以貌取人，但实际上每一个人在内心深处，都会通过这些外在条件对你进行评判，所以他说什么你别管，做好你需要做的准没错。
